Delivery and Freight Charges

Providing the items you have ordered are in stock, we post your order no later than the next
business day. If all or part of your order is out of stock, we will ring you to explain the options
available to you at this time: we are happy to refund all or part of your order; send the stock when
available or ; send part of your order immediately and the rest at no further charge, once it is back
in stock.

Our parcels are all posted via Australia Post. Delivery to you is in accordance with Australia Post
guidelines and can vary greatly depending on your location. We would expect that most suburban
areas of Australia would receive their order within 3 days of posting. Some rural areas however can
take 7-10 days.

The delivery charges are calculated directly from a link to Australia Post. We do not add an
additional charge for packaging or handling.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us, within 3 days of receipt of your order, to
discuss.

We will be happy to replace or refund in full, if your item(s) are faulty or not as described on our
website.

We do not normally give a refund if you have changed your mind about an item or simply made a
mistake, however, as long as the goods returned are in saleable condition, we will accept them for
exchange or credit. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including those incurred
in the original purchase, in this situation.

We do not accept returns on patterns, books or needles unless they are not as ordered or faulty.
