For over 60 years Wondoflex Yarn Craft Centre has been providing the best in local and imported knitting wool and yarns. Operating out of a convenient location in Melbourne, Victoria, if knitting and crochet is your passion then Wondoflex has everything you need both to complete your current knitting projects and to become inspired for your next wool and yarn creations.
Browse through the extensive range of products, patterns and needles at our warehouse-style shop and get creative with the variety of patterns on display. Can't find what you're looking for? You'll find that our expert staff can provide unmatched customer service and identify exactly what you need. Are you new to knitting? Speak to the Wondoflex team about getting started and what you can do to hone your skills and start knitting more complicated designs in yarn and wool.
If you have recently taken up crochet or knitting you could find our knitting classes are perfect for boosting your knitting confidence. The classes currently take place from 7.00 to 9.00 on Tuesday evenings and from 9.30 - 11.30 on Thursday mornings. In addition we have Diane Drysdale from the Australian Country Spinners in-store every Tuesday from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm to provide knitting advice and inspiration to our customers.
Even if you have a great deal of knitting experience you could find our classes are fantastic for brushing up on your skills and inspiring fresh ideas for new projects. You might also enjoy the free knitting patterns (including baby knitting patterns) right here on our website and browse through the wide range of wool and yarns available to buy from us online.
Looking for a bargain? The clearance area located at the back of our warehouse is open every Friday and Saturday for great specials on clearance wools and yarns. The Wondoflex shop has ample street parking available for customers and is easily accessed by public transport: we are a 5 minute walk from Tooronga Station or Tram Stop 46 delivers you right to our front door.
