Q. Can I order via one of these methods but pick up the goods?
A. Yes of course. Wondoflex is not just a virtual wool shop! We are located at 1353 Malvern Road, Malvern Victoria.

Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept Visa Card or Mastercard. We also accept deposit to our bank account (Australia only)

Q: Are my private details kept confidential?
A: We will take our utmost care to ensure your private information is kept just that!

Q: It is safe to shop online?
A: Wondoflex uses 128 bit encryption to secure online payments.

Q: How much does posting and handling costs?
A: Your postage cost depends on the size and weight of your purchase plus your location.

Please refer to the table below for the amount of postage which will be automatically charged upon checkout.

Please note these are maximum estimates – if the actual postage cost is substantially less than the postage charged, we will refund excess postage back to whatever card you used to make payment. 

We are able to refund safely using SSL technology in conjunction with the bank which hosts our online payments - at no stage in the buying or refunding process do we have any access to your card details.
