A. Yes of course. Wondoflex is not just a virtual wool shop! We are located at 1353 Malvern Road, Malvern Victoria.

A: Your postage cost depends on the size and weight of your purchase plus your location.

Please note these are maximum estimates – if the actual postage cost is substantially less than the postage charged, we will refund excess postage back to whatever card you used to make payment. We are able to refund safely using SSL technology in conjunction with the bank which hosts our online payments - at no stage in the buying or refunding process do we have any access to your card details.
